Transition to New Vendor

REMINDER
 
As of 12:00am, 9/26/11, all OP and LPHP User ID’s were de-activated.  The requests for Prior Authorization that have been submitted up to that point will be processed in the order they were received.  Providers will need to check MMIS in order to determine if they received a PA for services requested.  If a PA number is not received by Monday, October 3rd, the unprocessed request will be transferred to Optum for completion.  APS will no longer be processing faxes of any kind from OP or LBHP providers as well.
 
(If you are an Inpatient, Crisis Unit or TFC provider and your User ID was de-activated, please call APS Healthcare in order to have your User ID re-activated.)
 
OHCA has granted a grace period of 30 days for any requests that were not processed during the transition period between APS Healthcare and Optum Health.
