- Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) - the primary entity in the state of Oklahoma responsible for SoonerCare (Medicaid) and Insure Oklahoma
- Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) - the primary entity responsible for behavioral health services to unfunded Oklahomans.
